Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Webbr ("we," "us," "our") to clients ("you," "your"). By booking a sprint, you agree to these terms.

Webbr provides fixed-scope, fixed-price creative-tech sprints, including but not limited to: Product Video Sprint (short-form video and explainers), AI Workflow Sprint (CRM, automations and prompt systems), Website Sprint (conversion-focused design and build), and Investor Sprint (pitch decks and one-pagers). Each sprint has a defined scope agreed upon before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges, to be agreed in writing before proceeding.

Each sprint is delivered within approximately one week of the start date, contingent on the client providing all necessary assets, access, and information promptly. Delays caused by the client (e.g. late delivery of brand assets, slow feedback) may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Payment is due upfront via EFT or the payment method agreed at booking, unless otherwise stated in writing. Work will not commence until payment is received. Late or non-payment may result in delayed or paused delivery.

Each sprint includes one round of revisions following initial delivery. Additional revision rounds beyond this may incur extra charges, to be agreed before work proceeds.

If you wish to cancel before work has begun, a full refund will be issued. Once work has commenced, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on work completed. No refunds are issued once a sprint has been fully delivered.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered assets (e.g. video files, automation workflows, website files, decks and one-pagers) transfers to the client. Webbr retains the right to reference completed work (with client permission) for portfolio and marketing purposes.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary access (e.g. website/CMS access, brand assets, product footage, CRM access) required to complete the sprint.

Webbr does not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. conversion rate increases, follower growth, funding success) as a result of any sprint. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant sprint.

Any personal or business information shared with Webbr (including access credentials) is used solely to complete the agreed sprint and is handled in accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We do not sell or share client data with third parties.

Webbr may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
